The word out in venues is that Food Safety inspectors are targeting milk and juice that are stored in all bar area fridges- in particular looking at temperature logs being kept but more importantly, looking at the use of “Use By” labels for long life products. Fresh juices & milk have use by dates, however, long life products must be labelled once opened (with shelf life of generally 5-7 days or refer to label) then discarded.
